Mission and vision

Love

We exist to love God and love one another. Luke 10:27 commands us to love the Lord with all of our heart, soul, strength, and mind. We believe this to be essential in every believer's walk with the Lord. Jesus does tell us that this is the greatest commandment. Likewise, Jesus also commands us to Love our neighbors as ourselves. In fact, the Bible tells us in 1 John 4:7-8 that we are to Love one another for love is from God and anyone who loves is from God. This is why everything we do first starts with love.

Connect

We are all brothers and sisters in Christ. Romans 11 says we have been grafted into the vine together. This doctrine of connection is pivotal in a person's walk with the Lord. We strive at PCCOG to connect everyone to a group. Whether that be in our kids, students, young adults, or any of the other ministries we have, connecting people to one another and to God is a top priority here at Plant City Church of God.

PCCOG is dedicated to helping people find their "purpose for service". We believe that every person is born with a God-given purpose and that all are called to be ministers in their own way. We strive to help find the intersection where a person's passions and their callings line up and place them in an area to thrive. We want people to be a part of a movement that is bigger than themselves. All have been created in the image of God and all have been created for purpose.
